TLP is proud to be part of India's first flagship bullet train project, creating special hardware and fittings for its corridor. The work follows the route behind everything we manufacture - designed to drawing, prototyped, tested against specification, and produced under a quality system with zero field failures in nearly five decades.
At high speed, overhead equipment becomes a precision instrument. Pantograph and contact wire interact continuously at over 300 km/h, and every fitting in the system influences how cleanly that contact holds. Tolerances tighten, dynamic loads multiply, and hardware proven at conventional speeds has to be engineered afresh for high-speed duty.
